Our standard MOQ for custom-printed pouches typically around 1,000 pieces, depending on the size, material, and printing method.
Can I combine multiple print file in a single order.
Yes, we can accommodate multiple print designs within a single order. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to the entire order, not per design. You can include up to 10 different designs in an order of 5,000 pouches, allowing flexibility and variety while meeting production requirements.
Can I print artwork on zipper?
Yes! Zippers (and all other pouch features) are added after printing.
Can I order pouch with a valve?
We’re fully equipped to produce pouches with degassing valves and other specialty fitments—even if they’re not displayed on our website. Contact us to explore custom solutions tailored to your product.
How do I seal my pouch?
Your pouches should be heat-sealed at 120–175°C. Zippers are not a substitute for sealing. For small batches, use an impulse sealer; for larger volumes, a continuous band sealer is ideal.

No. We print on a flat film web that is then laminated into pouches during subsequent manufacturing stages.
Is there a proofing process before printing?
Yes, we provide a digital proof for your approval before final production begins.
Can I see a printed sample with my artwork?
Yes, printed mock-up’s can be arranged for a fee before bulk production.
