Yes, we can accommodate multiple print designs within a single order. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to the entire order, not per design. You can include up to 10 different designs in an order of 5,000 pouches, allowing flexibility and variety while meeting production requirements.
Yes! Zippers (and all other pouch features) are added after printing.
We’re fully equipped to produce pouches with degassing valves and other specialty fitments—even if they’re not displayed on our website. Contact us to explore custom solutions tailored to your product.
Your pouches should be heat-sealed at 120–175°C. Zippers are not a substitute for sealing. For small batches, use an impulse sealer; for larger volumes, a continuous band sealer is ideal.
We recommend vector files such as AI, PDF, or EPS for the best print quality.

Typically, production takes 2–4 weeks after artwork approval. Timelines may vary based on order size and complexity.
We require a deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipping. Full details will be shared during order confirmation.
Yes, we ship worldwide with reliable logistics partners.
After placing your order, you can track its progress through each stage—starting from roll printing, lamination, pouching, quality checks, to dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status in real time.
If you receive a damaged product, our executive team will promptly contact you. After a thorough inspection and reviewing your feedback, if deemed necessary, we will provide a full refund or replacement and initiate a new order.
Upon request, we can send you a test print of your design on your desired material (as roll material, one meter) for a fee.
